Bottineau Winter Park is located in the Turtle Mountains and is one of the most beautiful areas of North Dakota. This region is rich in many recreational activities such as: swimming, hiking, fishing, hunting, boating, snowmobiling and skiing. Bottineau Winter Park was founded by a group of local business men and established in 1969.
With 9 trails and 5 lifts covering 40 skiable acres and a 250-foot vertical, Bottineau Winter Park offers a variety of terrain for all ability levels.
Snowboarders are welcome everywhere on the mountain, and all major runs are lit for night skiing.
Bottineau Winter Park is a great place for first-timers and beginners to learn. Certified instructors teach to all ability levels in both private and group lessons. There are classes just for kids, and snowboard instruction is available. Lessons are offered during operating hours.
Services at the area include a rental shop and cafeteria.
Bottineau Winter Park is only 10 miles north of Bottineau, 1/2 mile off Highway 43.
