Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a dailey rate if the stay is less than one week. When you stay goes into another week, another weekly rate is charged. Many guests staying less than a week still find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00USD refundable deposit are due at of arrival. The 100.00USD deposit is charged upon check in even if the rooom is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at check out pending no damages or owed charges. Front Desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours check in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment. No reservations after 3pm on Sundays.
